Body Positioning (2.5-3 hours)
A good bike fit should give you power, efficient endurance, no pain, (bike orientated), stable and a smooth natural pedal stroke and specific to your riding.
The body position bike fit concentrates on 3 main areas,
the fit goes through setting all contact points correctly to the individual rider (saddle height, saddle set back, bar reach), this will prevent any discomfort and equal out all pressure and correctly load the saddle, pedals and bars. through out the bike fit we will be concentrating on you the individual and what you want not a generic one fits all fit but one bespoke to you! we can also offer a professional saddle fit service for you.
a few days after the session you are emailed a final printed report giving all measurements before and after including images and video footage, and a follow up email 3 weeks later to see how you are getting on.
